This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the LeadM8 subscription service, operated by Ninth Gate (ABN 41 693 266 465)("we", "us", "our"). It is consistent with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the ACL that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. How Billing Works
The Pro plan ($100/month AUD) is billed monthly in advance. Each payment covers the upcoming one-month billing period. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. The Free plan is, and remains, free.
2. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel at any time. When you cancel:
- you will not be charged again;
- your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid billing period; and
- after that, your account reverts to the Free plan.
To cancel, open the billing portal in your dashboard settingsand select cancel, or email us at leadm8.au@gmail.comand we will action it for you.
3. Refunds
LeadM8 is a digital subscription that gives you access throughout each paid period. As a general rule, we do not provide refunds for partial months(for example, if you cancel midway through a billing period, you keep access until the end of that period rather than receiving a pro-rata refund), and we do not provide refunds for a simple change of mind on a digital subscription.
4. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
Your statutory consumer guarantees always apply. If the Service is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy. This may include a refund, a repair (fix) of the problem, or a replacement, depending on whether the failure is major or minor. If you believe the Service has not met a consumer guarantee, contact us at leadm8.au@gmail.comand we will work with you to resolve it.
5. How to Request a Refund or Raise an Issue
Email leadm8.au@gmail.comwith your account email and a description of the issue. We will review every request fairly and respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
